About labor union--

GuoShi labor union has been established for over 10 years since GuoShi Footwear Co.,Ltd was estabished. We always seek to compose a harmonious GuoShi family and serve all of our staff well. Along with the labor union is being more and more consummate, the working environment and living condition of the staff have been greatly improved.

1. We originate GuoShi monthly report and subscribe different types of newspaper and magazine for our staff.

2. We cover all of our stuff with different types of social insurance as regulated by the government.

3. We construct facilities like basketball court, reading room, leisure center etc. for our staff.

4. We provide meal to our staff at a low price, also we install air-conditioner in every staff dorm.

5. We organise training programmes and skill contests for the staff so that they can develop themselves through the practice.

6. We seek to solve off the problems of the staff who have any difficulties.

7.For staff's convenience, we purchase train or coach tickets for the staff when festivals come so that they can go home for festivals in time.

8. We subscribe gifts to all our staff for festivals such as Chinese new year, moon festival, anniversary of the company, also we hold great parties for them to enrich their leisure lives.

9. We organise domestic trips and abroad trips for our staff who have been working in our company for over 3 years.

10. We choose "Excellent Staff","Excellent Leader" etc. with good performance through public appraisal every year and put premiums on them.

GuoShi labor union will constantly be putting more efforts on concerned about and helping all our staff. We do our best to protect the rights and interests of all our staff and make GuoShi attractive to persons with outstanding ability.
